HERE IS THE BOTTOM LINE:

• In the past two years our costs increased 5% to 6%
• While Wood prices went up 200% to 300%
• Prior to the wood price increase, we were only 2% to 3% higher than wood and block construction.
• Before you run to block construction know that on two stories and higher wood is used on exterior walls and mostly all interior walls on all stories are wood
• Don't over think this... We still are the BEST construction system ever brought to any jobsite, and now we are not only the BEST, we are the least expensive.

NO WOOD IS USED IN OUR ENTIRE BUIDING SYSTEM!!

Our construction has been averaging approximately 2 to 3 percent higher than traditional construction and approximately 5 - 8 percent lower than ICF and other non-traditional construction types.

The additional costs building with Omnicrete if any were justified by the offset of energy savings (70+%) and insurance premium savings (75%) that continued into perpetuity. Often, the construction cost difference if any, would break even between 18 to 24 months. Savings of utilities and maintenance would then be enjoyed from breakeven into perpetuity.

Now however, we calculate that the Omnicrete system is LESS expensive by far than all construction types of construction due to the massive increase of wood prices over the past 2 years. Now, there is simply no reason to build with any other type of construction and it even gets better! We are working on getting our costs down even more (20%+) from where they were two years ago (stay tuned)...
